The Elevate Sales Kick Off schedule gives you a clear look at what to expect during your three days in Nashville. Each session is planned to help you understand your goals for the year and build a path you can follow. You’ll spend time learning with others who work in property management sales, marketing, and growth roles, and each part of the schedule is shaped around real situations you deal with every day.

As you look through the sessions, you’ll see time set aside for hands-on work. This isn’t a sit-and-watch kind of event. You’ll be working through ideas that connect with your own goals, and you’ll have space to talk with others in small groups. The conversations you have during these moments help you see what’s working in other markets and how you can bring those ideas into your own approach.

The opening session sets the tone for the event. From there, you’ll move through focused blocks that walk you through strategy, practical planning, and the mindset needed for a strong year. Breakout sessions give you a chance to go deeper on topics that matter to your role. You’ll also have time to process what you’re learning so you can turn it into something you can take home and use.

We also include time to rest, connect, and reset between sessions. You’ll find time for meals, open conversations, and space to meet people from different parts of the industry. These moments often become the place where new ideas come together.
