2. Removal of Allegedly Infringing Material

Review the request

Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material

Notify the user who posted the content

3. Submitting a Counter-Notice

After receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material unless the original complainant files a legal action within 10 business days.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

We may suspend or terminate access for users who repeatedly violate copyright law or this DMCA Policy.

5. Misrepresentations

Under the DMCA, any person who knowingly submits a false notice or counter-notice may be liable for damages, including legal fees.
