Before launching PropertyManagement.com in 2025, Matt spent years building, acquiring, and advising real estate and property management companies. As the founder of LIV Indy, he gained firsthand experience scaling a residential property management operation in one of the country’s most active rental markets. He sold his share of LIV Indy to his co-founder in early 2025.

Matt is focused on building tools that help property managers attract better clients, earn trust through verified performance, and grow with confidence.
