Kandise Varvil is the Co-Founder of PM PathBuilders and a powerhouse in property management operations. With a degree in Corporate Accounting from Arizona State University, she’s built a career around systems, numbers, and results.

Kandise’s experience overseeing more than 4,500 doors and $100 million in real estate investments gives her a rare understanding of what drives real success in property management—smart processes and flawless execution. She helps property management companies streamline workflows, build scalable systems, and turn inefficiency into opportunity.
