Before building PropertyManagement.com, Chuck spent more than a decade creating systems that helped property management companies scale. He co-founded Poplar Homes, growing it from a college project into a national prop-tech company with more than 15,000 doors across 24 markets. After the acquisition of Poplar by Evernest, he led revenue growth programs that brought together sales teams, improved response times, and supported expansion into dozens of regions. That experience gave him a close view of what makes a property management company run well, and what slows them down.
